Automate repetitive work
AI can extract information, classify requests, prepare drafts and help people find answers. We first map the current process so ordinary rules handle predictable steps and AI is used only where language or documents need interpretation.
Our guide to AI automation opportunities explains how to choose and measure a useful first workflow. The Enquiry Triage walkthrough shows one review pattern in the browser.
Examples include:
- Enquiry triage and routing
- Document extraction for human verification
- Answers drawn from approved internal sources
- Proposal or report drafts using approved business data
- Selected updates across a CRM, support desk or internal system
Where AI fits
The workflow should show the source, the generated output and the final human decision separately. We test normal cases and likely failures, including missing information, unusual formats and unavailable integrations.
Before production, we need representative examples and agree data handling, model providers, review steps and retention. Regulated or safety-critical decisions may also need legal, compliance or domain review.
Common questions
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, if they provide a suitable API, webhook or dependable export. We check the available integration methods before proposing the workflow.
Does the workflow have to use generative AI?
No. Rules and integrations are often the better choice. We use a model only for the parts that need it.
How do people stay in control?
We add review, correction and escalation points according to the consequence of an error.
