Who is responsible
Mindlane Software Solutions Private Limited, based in Mumbai, India, operates this website and handles project enquiries. Contact mindlanesolutions@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information collected
When you send a project enquiry, Mindlane receives the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, company, project brief and any optional website, phone, location, timeline or budget information. Firebase Hosting and Google may process basic technical logs needed to serve and protect the website.
Why it is used
- To review and respond to the enquiry you requested.
- To protect the website and inbox from abuse.
- To maintain an appropriate record of business correspondence.
- To measure site use only when you have allowed optional analytics.
Enquiry details are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Providers and international processing
The site is hosted using Firebase and Google Cloud services. The enquiry form uses Google Apps Script to deliver the information to Mindlane's Gmail inbox. Google Analytics loads only after consent. If a booking link is shown, Cal.com operates that separate scheduling service.
Retention
Unconverted enquiry records are intended to be deleted after 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records move into the contractual business process and its applicable retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can reject or withdraw optional analytics through Cookie settings. You may ask Mindlane to access, correct or delete appropriate enquiry information by emailing mindlanesolutions@gmail.com. Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on your location and the relevant law.
Changes
This notice will show an updated effective date when its handling practices change. Effective date: 19 August 2026.
