Who is responsible
Mindlane Software Solutions Private Limited, based in Mumbai, India, runs this website and handles the project enquiries sent through it. Email hello@mindlanesolutions.com with a privacy question or request.
Information collected
When you send a project enquiry, we receive the details you choose to share. These can include your name, email, company, project brief and optional website, phone, location, timeline or budget information. Firebase Hosting and Google may process basic technical logs to serve and protect the site.
Why it is used
- Review and reply to your enquiry.
- Protect the website and inbox from abuse.
- Keep an appropriate record of business correspondence.
- Measure how the site is used when you allow optional analytics.
We don’t automatically add enquiry details to a marketing list.
Providers and international processing
Firebase and Google Cloud services host the site. Google Apps Script delivers enquiry-form answers to Mindlane’s Gmail inbox. Google Analytics loads only if you consent. When a booking link is available, Cal.com runs that separate scheduling service.
Retention
We intend to delete enquiry records after 12 months if they don’t become client work. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the relevant records move into the contractual business process and follow its retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can reject or withdraw optional analytics through Cookie settings. You can also email hello@mindlanesolutions.com to ask us to access, correct or delete appropriate enquiry information. Your rights and routes for complaint depend on your location and the law that applies there.
Changes
We’ll update the effective date if these handling practices change. Effective date: 19 August 2026.
